By accessing or using ZyraLink ("the Service", "we", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use ZyraLink. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users in regions where the minimum age for digital services is higher (e.g. 16 under GDPR) must satisfy the applicable local requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your login credentials with others.
• Not create more than one account per person without our permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity, including ZyraLink staff.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without prior written permission.
• Facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content to ZyraLink, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the Service.

We do not endorse any content posted by users and are not responsible for user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and the consequences of sharing it.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate our policies, with or without prior warning, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any action taken or not taken with respect to content or accounts.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep ZyraLink available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZyraLink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement first; failing that, through the appropriate legal channels.
